These bags deserve the seat more than people!

For the longest time, he didn't acknowledge the older lady, the older man and random people hovering over the seat.
Eventually a man asked for him to move the bags so he could sit down. He moved the bags so the man could sit down but then he put the bags on his own seat and stood up.

So confused by what was so heavy in those bags that he needed to put them on chairs only.
